We truly enjoyed the room, it was well-kept with view into the quiet green, a modern bathroom plus AC. The location was best possible, hotel is based off the main road. Besides, the property was 5 km away from The Hungry Tree.

The room was budget and cheap with huge bathroom. The location was good, staff were helpful! We loved the beach, it was close to the hotel.

The property's location is quiet and top, just off the centre of Unawatuna near to the ocean, the beach, restaurants and main road and the bus stop. Plus, it is a 10-15 minute walking distance from Ocean Dive Centre.

The bathrooms are cold.

the hotel was newly remodelled, we would recommend. came here for 2 nights with our family, had a comfortable stay. the staff was super friendly and amicable and responsive to requests. the decor was comfortable, the room was reasonably spacious. its location was great, close to unawatuna beach, and in a very quiet area.

We were in Unawatuna for 2 days, had good stay, the hotel was clean with prime and best possible location somewhere in an alley.

We had a deluxe double room and it included air conditioner, an iron, and a seating area. The location turned out to be marvellous, not far from the beach and main area, the centre of Unawatuna near to the ocean, and many restaurants and bars.

The hotel was newly decorated and clean, overlooked garden. It was based in recently renovated building in a perfect and exceptionally nice location, right in the center. And it was also just off the beach and all the attractions in Unawatuna, restaurants and bars and Galle from Unawatuna.

Had a fine stay for 3 nights & will be back. Everything was fine, the parking was on-site, the room was a nice size and well-kept. The staff were hospitable and affable in case of questions. Really enjoyed the location somewhere in an alley.

Really nice building, unbeatable and great location very close to restaurants and bars, and the store right in front. Plus, 15 minutes drive from National Show Center. Got spacious and trendy room with a balcony, AC, great WiFi.

Top location very close to the shops and cafes and restaurants, and the beach and all the attractions in Unawatuna. Tastefully decorated and brand-new room with very big beds.

The owners of this place were incredibly friendly and welcoming. the rooms were comfortable and clean, with a lovely balcony overlooking a peaceful garden. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the main street with shops and restaurants, and close to the beach. We also enjoyed the delicious and generous breakfasts provided.

Our stay was too short and we had to leave after only three nights. We wish we could have stayed longer to fully enjoy this wonderful place.

Rooms were nicely decorated and air-conditioned and provided with a lovely balcony, amazing breakfast, the huge terrace👌

It was a WONDERFUL stay for 3 nights. The hotel was in a particularly good location, in everything they could. Besides, it was close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and shops, the restaurants and beach and the center of unawatuna.

We stayed in the deluxe double room with "ac " and loved it. The staff was affable and the host too. The location in everything they could was best possible and top. The hotel was off the main road...
